Here at Ottolenghi we are on the lookout for a fantastic Marketing Manager to join our exceptionally talented team. A Marketing Manager at Ottolenghi is responsible for driving the marketing plan for our diverse range of new products, partnerships and new restaurant launches. As a Marketing Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including internal and external stakeholders (Test Kitchen, Operations, Finance, PR, marketing, design agencies) to create compelling and effective marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience. Your project management and strong communication skills will be essential in ensuring the success of our new initiatives in the UK and Europe. Marketing Manager Responsibilities • Execute comprehensive marketing plans for Ottolenghi's various restaurant, products and partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and business goals. • Execute on new restaurant opening plans coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. • Collaborate with the internal team to understand product offerings, unique selling points, and the stories behind each product and partnership, translating them into compelling marketing narratives. • Create and oversee the development of marketing materials, including product launch campaigns, email marketing, website updates, and more. • Manage the entire product and partnership plan from ideation to launch, tracking performance metrics and making data-driven adjustments as needed. • Collaborate with the agencies to develop visually appealing and on-brand product packaging and promotional materials. • Work closely with sales teams to provide them with the necessary tools and materials to effectively promote and sell Ottolenghi products. • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing techniques, integrating innovative ideas into the marketing plan. Marketing Manager Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Marketing Manager in product marketing, preferably within the food, culinary, or lifestyle industries. • Exceptional project management skills. • Strong understanding of the hospitality world, food trends, and a passion for Ottolenghi's unique philosophy. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and messages. • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies for optimal results. • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and aesthetics. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage projects from start to finish. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
