Job Description Mission As a Senior DevOps Engineer you will introduce processes, tools, and methodologies to balance needs across the entire software development lifecycle, from coding and deployment to maintenance and updates. You will help deploy our software to our clients in the APAC region and support deployment managers. What We Expect From You • You will contribute a wide variety of developer tools such as build systems, code review systems and development environments that affect a SaaS platform. • You will contribute improvements to critical large-scale software engineering issues introduced by working on a code base. • You will be involved in making the delivery process more visible to all of our engineering teams. • Participate in code reviews for our Tech team. Preferred Experience Your profile • Proven 5 years of experience on DevOps Engineering. • Expected to have exceptional organization, leadership and ownership skills. • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a top ranked school. Master's degree is prefered. • Self-motivated, multitasking, reliable to deliver on time, a quick-thinker, be able to work in a fast-paced work environment. • Fluent English with excellent level of grammar and spelling. • Willingness to join a startup adventure and to build something big together :) Bonus skills • Familiarity with insurance industry IT. • Knowledge about AI & Data Analytics. • Previous startup experience or working within an agile framework. • Fluency in a language other than English or French.
