Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for mission-critical and assigned application systems.
• Investigate and resolve application problems, handling ad-hoc service requests.
• Participate in application upgrades from testing to production rollout.
• Respond to technical problems and follow up on customer issues.
• Provide Helpdesk support by addressing requests from the ServiceNow/Remedy ticketing system and user inquiries, logging, and tracking incidents, and resolving issues.
• Adhere to customer's processes and requirements for application support.
• Prepare regular service reports and system documentation.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, applications, networking, and cloud.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors as required by the client.
Requirements:
• Degree or above in Information Technology or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant application analysis experience.
• Demonstrated ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
• Experience in Microsoft SQL, Azure, and .Net programming languages preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Windows Server administration.
• Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) processes is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a flexible and dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese. Fluent spoken Mandarin Chinese is a plus
