Key Responsibilities Include: Manage the product plan, incorporating market changes, business priorities, and technological advancements Articulate a clear vision of success and establish goals and objectives for the product Present and review product plans, identifying risks, opportunities, growth strategies, and integration needs Engage with clients in feedback sessions, focus groups, and requirements gathering sessions Collaborate with senior management to develop market messages, sales collateral, and respond to proposals Work closely with development teams to review enhancement requests and prioritize projects Present product information and industry thought leadership at webinars and conferences What You Bring: Thorough knowledge of FIS products supported General business skills, industry knowledge, financial management, and planning abilities Effective presentation and interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to make decisions and communicate with all levels of management Client relationship management skills and ability to establish credibility Strong time management, problem-solving, and project management abilities Leadership, negotiation skills, flexibility, and dependability Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, or equivalent combination of education and experience. FIS Job Level Description: This role manages the product revenue and profitability for the entire product line within the division. It requires deep industry knowledge and experience in financial services, as well as management and leadership experience. The position involves working on complex issues and interacting with executives and major clients. Pragmatic Marketing certification or equivalent is required.
