Thisincludesthedeliveryofthearchitecturaldesignandarecommendedplanwithoptionstoimplement.

Inthisroleofthe
BMCHelixITSMArchitect,will:
AnalyzetheexistingBMCRemedyITSMimplementationrelativetomovingtoBMCHelixITSM.Specificallyidentifytherisks,thecomponentsthatcannotbemigratedwithmitigations.
WorkwiththeITSArchitecture(EPPDS)teamtodevelopaCloudbasedarchitecturethatwillimplementBMCHelixITSMaswellasfitwithinITSrequirementsforsecurity,standardmodeling,andsupportability.
WorkwiththewiderProcessandOperationsteamtobuildamigrationplanwithoptionstomigratetheServiceCentre,IncidentManagement,ProblemManagement,ChangeManagement,ReleaseManagement,ServiceManagementandConfigurationManagementprocessestothenewBMCHelixITSMinstallation.
AnexperiencedBMCRemedyArchitectthathasbeeninvolvedintwoormoreBMCRemedymigrationstoaCloudorSaaSBMCHelixsolution.
TheResourceshouldbefamiliarwithBMCHelixinfrastructurebuild,ITSMprocessesandthemigrationofdatabetweensystems.
ExperienceandskillsonupgradingapplicationstoCloudorSaaSenvironmentsareespeciallydesired.
Demonstratedexperienceimplementingthesolutionsatlargeorganizations.
AbletoanalyzealargeBMCRemedyimplementation,identifyingcustomizations,integrationsandotheradditionstotheoutoftheboxsolution.
Therolerequiresaleveloftechnologyspecificexperiencethatdoesnotcurrentlyexistwithintheteam.
Facilitateavarietyofdesign-thinkingactivitiesandcollaborativesessionstounderstandtheinfrastructurerequirementsneededtohosttheBMCHelixITSMsolution.
