Skill set : Service now Developer
Location : Sydney
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code.
Key responsibilities include:
• Software Configuration: Execute software configuration across diverse technical domains, coupled with the analysis and development of technical requirements.
• Application Development: Design and develop application modules, workflows, and Catalog requests to meet the specific needs of our clients.
• Technical Advisory: Define the technical scope and offer advisory services to clients during the implementation of ServiceNow, ensuring seamless integration and optimal utilization.
• Implementation Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive product implementation roadmap, providing practical assistance in detailed design and implementation strategies.
• Unit Testing and Support: Conduct thorough unit testing, offering resolution for identified issues, and providing ongoing support for changes implemented in the production environment.
Key Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years of ServiceNow development, configuration and administration experience in an enterprise environment.
• Experienced in ServiceNow Workflow, Customer Service Management portal and Integration Hub
• Experience managing relationships, conducting workshops and delivering business requirements with ServiceNow functionality. Driving outcomes and being passionate about service excellence.
• Expertise in one or more of the following ServiceNow applications: ITSM/ ITOM/ CSM/ HR/ IRM.
• Experience in implementing end-to-end service catalog, Incident Management, Configuration and Asset Management, Change Management and Release Management along with experience in Content Management System.
• Strong knowledge of Web 2.0 Technologies: Java Scripting, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, Perl scripting, PowerShell.
• Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features.
• Experience on 3rd party Integrations.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow applications such as Change / Incident / Problem Management, Asset Management, PPM, Discovery, Knowledge, CMDB, & Service portal etc.
• ServiceNow Certification is preferred, but not essential
