We are currently seeking a responsible and skilled Class C Driver to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Job Description
As a Class C Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and safe delivery of goods to our clients. You will be responsible for operating company vehicles, including [flatbeds, vans, and box trucks], to transport goods and materials to various clients locally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
• Load and unload goods and materials, ensuring proper handling and secure transportation.
• Plan and execute efficient routes to meet delivery schedules.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and report any issues.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.
• Provide excellent customer service by interacting with clients professionally and addressing any delivery-related inquiries.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
• Report any accidents or incidents immediately to management.
Qualifications:
• Valid California Class C driver's license.
• Clean driving record with no DUI/DWI convictions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Class C Driver
• Knowledge of California roadways and routes.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy loads and perform physical tasks associated with the job.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional weekends.
Requirements:
• Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Must be able to pass a background check and E-verify
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
