Reinventing quality with an intelligence-driven mindset and re-engineer the team and influence external stakeholders to adapt into the new way of working.
Strategise and implement improvements in testing and quality assurance capability with an automated, AI-led and analytics-driven approach to quality for systems.
Review emerging technology and quality assurance/engineering capabilities/methodologies and build a roadmap for adoption and implement.
Strategise and implement quality engineering capabilities contributing to the integrated DevSecOps solutions (e.g. real-time proactive monitoring capability incorporating automated environment shakedown testing, automated security testing in CI/CD).
Articulate and communicate executive-level test insights including quality assurance summary, residual risks and a mitigation plan, to support the management with data-driven and analytics-guided decision making
Conduct the testing effort and/or team to plan, construct and execute release tests.
Apply testing methodologies, fundamentals and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.
Apply business and functional knowledge to meet the teams' overall test target.
Understand and maintain focus on project scope, value, and vision; advocate for business value across discussions and escalate potential risks/issues to management
