About the Role:
Join our dynamic team as a Services Architect, responsible for providing technical expertise and driving sales presentations, product demonstrations, installations, and maintenance of our cutting-edge company products. This role focuses on pre-sales for Managed Services offerings, contributing to the growth and success of our enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Presenting technical expertise through sales presentations and product demos.
Designing managed services solutions for large enterprise accounts.
- Structuring profitable multi-year contracts and shaping deals.
- Creating compelling value propositions within solution designs.
- Working in a global delivery environment across diverse industries
What will make you a good fit for the role?
Requirements:
- 10+ years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in GTM Pre-Sales for services.
- Proven track record in designing managed services solutions for large enterprises.
- Experience in structuring large, profitable contracts.
- Proficiency in Solution planning and deal shaping.
- Familiarity with global delivery across various industries.
- Certification and working knowledge in ITIL, Service Management and Integration, Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, Scaled Agile, and NOC/SOC Pre-Sales.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
