Our client is a leading electrical contractor servicing clients across the T1 & T2 space, working on some industry leading construction projects. A new opportunity exists for experienced Site Administrator to join the site team in Eastern Creek on a permanent basis, with this project ongoing for many years to come.
About The Role
Within this fast-paced role, you will be the GO-TO in this site office and support the wider team of project managers, engineers and other subject matter experts across all project administration requirements across the delivery phases of a large-scale construction project.
Your duties will include but not limited to:
• Overseeing documents / cost and subcontractors
• Set-up and close-out of projects
• Prepare draft letters/notices as per contract terms and time bars
• Timesheet management
• WHS assistance and handover documentation
• Assist the preparation of monthly financial reporting and forecasting (MYOB)
• Reception & stakeholder engagement
• Document control (ACONEX)
• Managing excel documents
• Calls / emails
• Other adhoc duties as required
About You
For success within this role, my client is looking for;
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role within the construction industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with project financial software, ACONEX & MYOB experience advantageous
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Advanced time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Confident, team-orientated and proactive
Remuneration & Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a salary upwards of $70 - $80k+superannuation.
