Hi 👋
Workonomics are partnering with a much-loved, design-led, multi-product SaaS company, a B2B who act a lot like a B2C.
We're helping establish their first London-based Product Design group. One team within this group is focused on Enterprise, i.e. solving problems for large customers.
We're looking for a hands-on, data-driven, impact-focused Product Designer, who’s motivated by achieving business goals, to be the 'seed' hire for this growing Design team.
Here you’ll be simplifying heavy system complexities, making traditionally boring product features (i.e. Permissions) intuitive and fun, so the user feels like they've walked in to a candy shop 🍭.
You'll start off working independently, but as the team grows, you'll be leading people and likely see your role evolve in to management.
Right now, the ideal hire will enjoy...
💥 identifying opportunities for optimised experiences across multiple products,
💥 designing smooth end-to-end platform flows, with a super-polished look and feel,
💥 collaborating cross-functionally across different teams to develop a slick UX and UI,
💥 leading and owning processes and projects, guiding other designers on the path to success
If this sounds like you, please hit apply for more information on the company and role.
💡 Tip: please ensure your portfolio highlights an least one example of working on a large, complex, desktop system. Visually distinctive case studies that showcase your actual contributions, UX flows, and UI style will be well appreciated here too
