Cloud Center of Excellence(CCOE) at Sunlife is seeking for a Cloud Engineer, who can work with a skilled team of Cloud Engineers and help deliver better & efficient cloud platform solutions to our consumers.
Build automation and compliance by design using Cloud Native technologies.
Be part of an Agile development team helping the business deliver strategic initiatives.
Participate in security engineering to ensure compliance by design.
Support Cloud Audit, and Risk and compliance requirements from partnering with Security and governance teams.
Willing to work and support cloud platform with engineering escalated on call rotations.
Work experience in server administration and/or cloud solution administration in an enterprise environment.
Technical and business experience with one of the main public cloud providers (AWS, or Azure).
Experience in DevOps environments and the use of automation to deliver business value.
Experience in Software Engineering, Scripting, SDLC, or Infrastructure as Code.
Systems provisioning and configuration management experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform, Kubernetes, or Cloud Native tools.
AWS Certified Solution Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) are a plus
Strong experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, VPC and Control Tower.
Strong understanding of security concepts and best practices, including IAM, network security and encryption.
Good knowledge with programming and/or scripting languages (Python, Perl, Java, Bash, Ruby)
