As an IT Business Analyst Lead for supply chain, you will learn, grow, and bring forth innovative technology solutions to help our business flourish. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships within the supply chain function and ensuring alignment between IT and business objectives. You will act as a strategic partner and advisor to supply chain stakeholders, and facilitate the delivery of IT solutions and services that support and enable the supply chain strategy and operations. This role can be located in the Chicago metropolitan area or Battle Creek, MI. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing • Partner with IT and the Supply Chain business Function - This critical role will be the IT Business Analyst for various technology solutions for the supply chain function. In this role, you will be working closely with North American and global key stakeholders across the organization in designing and delivering technology capabilities and driving projects, roadmaps, strategy, and total cost of ownership. • Business Case Development - Works with business teams to understand project requirements, shapes the initial project request, and provides a high-level estimate of the project effort and cost used in cost-benefit analysis. Plan expenditures based on the size, scope, and cost of hardware and software components. Reviews and evaluates business cases to confirm identified financials and risks, validate value and business alignment, and recommend a course of action. • Requirements Documentation – Works with business and project teams to capture and document requirements and expected functionality of the proposed solution. Leads clarification and validation of requirements during the development and delivery of the solution. Works closely with IT architects, security, delivery partners, and others to ensure a safe and successful solution launch. • Deliver IT Projects - You’ll deliver the technology platform strategy by providing leadership to our project teams and driving the successful delivery of capabilities within the function. You will support the Regional Supply Chain platform(s) from an IT product perspective including vendor and Global IT relationships. Your Recipe for Success • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience. • Experience implementing and working with industry-leading Supply Chain technology solutions including SAP. • Project management, portfolio management, and vendor management skills, and ability to deliver IT solutions and services on time, on budget, and on scope within the software development lifecyle framework. • Experience with agile, lean, and DevOps methodologies and tools • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, and ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization. • Strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and ability to translate business needs into IT solutions and opportunities. • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, systems, and best practices is desired What’s Next After you apply, your application will be reviewed by a real recruiter – not a bot.
