What We Need The world of networking is rapidly evolving with multi-cloud, SDN and virtualization technology. NetBrain is positioned to solve the largest unsolved network challenges; problem diagnosis automation across hybrid network. We are looking to add a Senior Network Engineer in the CEO's office. This role will lead the transformation of network operations through automation, leveraging our state of art automation platform across the 2,500 enterprise customers. The individual will be reporting directly to the CEO and founder, while working closely with engineering team, R&D team and customers. The Impact You'll Make Through this role, you will have a massive impact on the entire network industry by enabling automation as the default solution to all levels of network operation challenges, at scale. You will be leading a NetOps revolution in that no-code becomes the standard way to build automation. Additionally, you will be working with the world's largest network and smartest network professionals every day. There will be no shortage of challenges and excitements when the largest IT challenges are gracefully solved by automation. What Youll Do • Lead the no-code network automation movement through development of comprehensive training and enablement programs and materials. • Be a conduit to accelerate the democratization of network automation as NetBrain becomes the global standard platform for network automation. • Stay up to date on the latest network technology trends and challenges, enabling you to build new automations that will have an immense impact across global enterprise networks. • Utilize experience and deep technical knowledge to discover new ways to harness the power of NetBrain, and empower the entire industry to maximize their automation capabilities. • Help internal and external engineering teams to become the next-level automation practitioners, with systematically designed courses and workshops. • Engage with existing partners in both hardware and software industry, to facilitate collaboration to better serve common customers. • Continuously enrich and improve NetBrain's automation library, to accelerate the customer's automation journey. Who You Are • Bachelor's degree in a technical subject (STEM) • Industry Network Certification such as CCIE, JNCIE is preferred • 3+ years of Experience in one or more of the key areas, with a demonstrated history delivering positive results within: Network Operations (NOCs), Network Security, Network Planning, Design and Implementation, Continued Network Optimization • Experience with common network management tools including Network Monitoring, Incident Management, Log Analysis etc. • Professional Services experience highly desirable • Strong presentation and communication skills • Hands-on experience and mentality to apply automation to network operation challenges What We Offer Our comprehensive compensation package is vital in how we recognize our people for the impact they make on us reaching our goals as a company. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $100,000 - $180,000. The actual salary may vary based on a range of factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The range listed above is a guideline, and may be modified.
