Fruit Street Health is a digital health stratup that delivers the CDC's National Diabetes Prevention Program via telehealth and live group video conferencing with registered dietitians.

More than 45,000 patients have been enrolled into the program to date.
We are looking for a senior PHP developer that would be willing to work on deferred compensation or equity only for 3-6 months while the company raises additional financing.

Once the company raises additional financing and gets new customers, you will be compensated in cash. There is also an opportunity to become the CTO of the company. This can either be a full time or part-time role.
We have a PHP web application at the moment with natively written iOS and Android apps.
