The IT network supporting team is around 5 to 8 people.
We're looking to add 3 more headcount into the team and targeting a mid-level Network Engineer to support the daily operation and maintenance of the company's network, as well as the construction of network related projects.
It's a regional role that supports China and South East Asia countries.
Job DescriptionJob ResponsibilitiesResponsible for IT Data/ Voice Network/ Wifi and firewall setup, maintenance and daily support for Asia Pacific regional offices;Assist in driving internal group IT level network project;Evaluate infra set-up to identify the gaps and evaluate Vulnerability reports to provide advice and troubleshoot on the Network capacity;Administration and operation of the Network routers and switches (e.g Cisco/ Aruba), Firewalls operation, Lan/ Wan/ Wifi and VPN projects implementation;Respond to service requests (e.g. VLAN configuration, firewall rules, port-activation) and alert;Perform routine backup and recovery for network devices.
The Successful ApplicantJob RequirementsHigher Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent;Around 5 years of experience in Network Support withGood experience in supporting Cisco, Firewall operations, SD-Wan, Lan, Wan, and VPN etc;A good communicator and team player;Sound knowledgeable in Firewall operation/ monitoring system/ wireless, remote access;Holder of CCNA is an advantage.
