Data Protection Lawyer 2+ To £££
This market-leading health sector focused firm is looking to hire a data protection specialist to join their privacy team and work on a broad and sensitive caseload including litigation, mental health, public law and governance matters. Clients include the NHS,professional regulators, blue-light organisations and housing providers. You will be supporting clients with responses to data subject access or other information rights requests, dealing with breach and incident management, drafting FOI responses and dealing with First Tier Tribunal (Information Rights) litigation. There may also be the opportunity to work on other matters handled by the Advisory division, including mental capacity/mental health law, inquests, or public law work.
