The Software & IT Services wing offers a wide range of services for our clients, with a focus on Applications Services, Cloud Computing, and AI/ML Engineering. Our engineering managers are amongst the finest – with a particular focus on AI talent. Role Description The Managing Director role presents a unique opportunity to express our firm’s vision to prospective clients, and lead real, tangible change across clients’ long-term strategies, operations, and their end customer – helping generate lasting positive societal change. Specifically, the opportunity for growth with our firm comes through the opportunity to be placed in an entrepreneurial setting. You will be responsible for building our practices, while being afforded the opportunity to develop new capabilities, areas of expertise, new client relations, and co-lead project delivery. Listed core responsibilities: • Cultivate and expand partnerships through strategic development of new client relationships. • Oversee and enhance current client engagements to ensure sustained satisfaction and growth. • Regularly enhance and innovate the suite of software capabilities on a quarterly basis to stay ahead in the market. • Take full ownership of the financial health and strategic direction of your specific practice area. • Collaborate with global software engineering teams to lead cutting-edge research and development in AI/ML and other emerging technologies, assessing new opportunities for capability expansion and market penetration. • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, provide mentorship to team members, and foster robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders, effectively representing the firm during critical legal and financial negotiations. This specific opportunity is for candidates in the North American region. Ideal Prior Experience Candidates with a background in sizable Software and IT services, Management Consulting, and Technology organizations will be preferred, especially those with a proven track record in large-scale transformation projects and business development. Strong leadership qualities and innovative thinking with an entrepreneurial approach are highly valued. Education Background Candidates must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, with a strong preference for an Advanced Degree or Master’s from a leading university, showcasing an exceptional academic record. Preferred fields of study include business administration (MBA), finance, business analytics, or a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, computer science, physics, or engineering
