We're seeking a dynamic Software QA Analyst to join our team and contribute to the quality assurance of our state and local government payments platform. Responsibilities
As a QA Analyst, you will:
Review client requirements, epics, stories, and design documents to provide valuable feedback and determine effective testing strategies.
Develop comprehensive test cases and scenarios for new features and enhancements.
Participate in sprint ceremonies, estimating, planning, coordinating, and reflecting on testing activities.
Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts.
Prepare test data to verify logic, error handling, and system workflows.
Identify, isolate, replicate, report, and track defects to closure.
Document test cases and execution results to assess test coverage.
Execute manual and automated regression testing.
Contribute to the identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities within the QA function and broader project teams.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you need:
Proven work experience in software quality assurance for large distributed systems serving multiple clients.
Experience testing web and mobile applications.
Worked in an Agile/Scrum software development team.
