The Digital Private Markets business is a fast-growing global team within J.P. Morgan’s Corporate& Investment Bank. We are creating a high-profile and exciting new fintech business for the firm, focused on early-stage private markets. This cross-functional business leverages the scale, network and data of JPM to create holistic solutions for private companies and their investors Their first product, Capital Connect, is a members-only platform for start-ups and every type of investor. This platform will allow members to network with other members, benchmark companies using proprietary data, consume exclusive content and raise/invest capital on a seamless platform. This cross-functional team operates like a true start-up within the larger company.

In This Role, You Will
• Help manage large scale integration projects with multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders.
• Own a bird’s eye view of the product and work closely with product design and engineering heads to oversee execution. The Product Ops team is in all planning sessions and is responsible for helping set the goals for the organization.
• Work closely with software architects and development teams to define the microservices architecture, data flow and communication patterns
• Have the first view into the product’s market fit managing the client feedback and drawing insights from data we collect on usage of our platform.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and cross functional teams to regularly identify dependencies, process gaps, and other executional blockers so that each team member can do their best, most focused work possible. We work primarily in Monday, Jira, and Confluence.
• Manage the roadmap for new offerings and enhancements to existing offerings to better solve the problems that our clients face or suit their needs
• Build a flexible infrastructure that can support an expanding innovative product base.
• Increase transparency and trust across the organization by driving communications and collaboration channels, including planning, roadmap reviews, and feedback sessions.
• Enable continuous improvement, ensuring learnings are captured, shared, and integrated through retrospectives or other forums.
• Possess a high-level of attention-to-detail, communication, and writing skills, and are excited to tackle problems of large organizational change including capacity considerations.
• Show your Entrepreneurial spirit& ability to wear many hats with minimal direction
Essentials
• Have 5+ years of experience working in a financial or technology company. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Formal training, or certification on software engineering concepts
• Demonstrated experience of successfully going through all stages of the product lifecycle, from gathering feedback and shaping requirements in collaboration with designers and engineers, to defining acceptance criteria, testing and driving adoption
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience operating in an Agile team
• Technical background or familiarity working with engineers towards building products
• Experience building products in AWS is a plus
• You have experience with senior stakeholder management and integration projects.
• You have strong Excel and Powerpoint skills and ability to recognize and analyze trends in data is a plus
• You have good attention to detail and passion for solving problems
• You have the ability to thrive in ambiguity with organization and asking the right questions
• You have the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• You have comfort working in a tech-driven environment with the ability to coordinate across several stakeholder groups (Engineering, Design, Compliance, Business Development, Banking, Operations)
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Open and transparent working style, with the ability to communicate up and down
• The ability to navigate a matrixed organization and influence peers
