Applications Support & Operations Manager - KSA Job Description • Lead and manage a team of software operations specialists to ensure seamless day-to-day operations of our software products. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, quality assurance, and product management, to enhance software performance and reliability. • Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime. • Oversee the deployment and maintenance of software applications, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. • Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to maximize uptime and user satisfaction. • Act as a technical expert, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders on software operation matters. • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance overall operational excellence. • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our software operation processes remain cutting-edge. Personal Skills • Strong personal ownership and ability to set and meet high professional standards, flexible and responsive work style. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure. • Excellent leadership and people management skills. • Excellent command of English. Technical Skills • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. • Min. 5 years in software operations. • Advanced understanding of modern software development tools and methodologies. • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to software applications and infrastructure. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail. • Good Demonstrated technical leadership.
