Responsibilities
We are now looking for high calibre individuals wishing to become part of our Customer Services team to provide all-round administration and customer services support. Qualifications summarized as follows:
• Perform daily customer services support duties
• Provide all-round administration support
• Able to handle customer complaints following a pre-set protocol
• Perform telemarketing to keep customers ABREAST of promotions, offers and privileges
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for business related issues
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Skills And Qualifications
• Higher Diploma or above
• At least 1 year experience in customer services or related field
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and prioritizing skills
• A team player with detail mind
• Able to work independently under pressure
• Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Immediately available is highly preferred
