As a software development lead you will be joining a team of likeminded individuals, within a growing department as a software development lead you will act a project lead on the development and implementation of a new internal software. You will lead the technical design authority for all technical design decision and be responsible for governance and solving complex solutions. You will also work closely with Developers and architects when designing appropriate solutions.
As a software development lead you will be translating technical concept whilst partnering with 3rd party suppliers. You will also produce a strategy for technology that meets business need.
The Successful Software Development Lead Will Have
• Previous software development experience with coding languages such as C#, .NET
• Software Architecture knowledge
• Strong experience managing and leading projects.
• Agile methodology
• SQL Database Architecture
• Cloud computing i.e. Azure
