About The Job The EME AP (EMEA Emerging & Asia Pacific) business is looking for a Chief of Staff to play a critical role in driving operational excellence, fostering a positive company culture, and optimizing efficiency and performance throughout the region. As a Chief Of Staff, You Will • Collaborate with the Senior Vice President and Leadership team in developing and executing the company’s strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives and sustainable growth. • Engage directly with the Regional Leadership team to support strategic engagements and activities. • Provide insightful analysis, data driven insights, and recommendations to drive strategic decisions and optimize operational efficiency. • Support critical Business Rhythm operational reviews including bi-weekly revenue forecasting cycles (PTG), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Front Line Kickoffs and Country Business Reviews. • Engage with regional and countries leaders and team in successful country visits plans by engaging with the SVP around visit objectives, working with local teams on customer or internal briefs, and supporting the visits activities as well as the follow-up actions across the organization. • Manage EME-AP SVP communication plan and activities to ensure regional vision and strategic initiatives are appropriately cascaded and understood and embraced at all levels in the organization. • Design and execute robust operational processes and systems to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and maintain high levels of quality across all business functions. • Support the SVP in continuously assessing operational efficiency, scalability, and resource allocation intended to meet changing business demands. • Complete deadline-driven, team-based programs. Responsible for facilitating overall program business objectives, goals, and technical requirements. Works with team and stakeholders to define program scope and goals. Role Competencies • Strong financial & analytical acumen with ability to understand translate business performance and translate that into business context. • Proven ability to work effectively across levels, functions, and geographies. • A strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and outcomes. • Has the ability to translate complex ideas and disparate thoughts into rational thoughts. • Can work under deadline to prepare presentations and documents.
