Lead operational excellence through strong response and resolution SLAs to issues reported in Oracle Cloud & integrated applicationsDrive change management through strong response and resolution SLAs to demands raised by the business in Oracle Cloud & integrated applicationsProvide leadership and guidance to functional & technical leads of both suppliers and internal teams to come up with innovative solutions to business needsManage relationship & ERP demand through regular operating mechanisms with key business stakeholders
Job Responsibilities:
Lead both the internal IT team & vendor partners in resolving reported issues in ERPs on time as per service level agreementDrive strong problem management by getting the team to deep-dive into issues, looking for patterns & identifying solutions for root-causes, which will ensure long term downward trend in incoming ticketsLead the change management across key tracks (like Supply Chain, HR) track with respect to owning the change request tracker & managing demand from businessReview & approve the deliverables throughout the development cycle to ensure quality and traceability to requirements and adherence to all quality management plans and standards
Job Requirements:
Should have at least 2 end to end ERP implementation experience. Supply Chain expertise will be a plusShould have a strong IT Service Management framework knowledgeGeneral IT Skills, relevant expertise to manage and deliver IT Support.Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college, or university in computer science or a related discipline. P G in Management is desirable
