Responsibilities:
• Develop solutions that align with customer needs and contribute to a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, other engineering teams, and operations teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of solutions.
• Implement and adhere to secure coding practices, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems and data.
• Work within an Agile environment, specifically using Scrum methodology, to iteratively develop and deliver customer solutions.
• Learn and adapt technologies to solve real-world problems.
Qualifications:
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Django/Python or other web application frameworks.
• Node.js, JavaScript, and front-end development frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue.js).
• Relational databases such as PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
• Experience with event-based systems (e.g. RabbitMq, Kafka, etc.)
• Experience building cutting-edge customer products.
• Experience in building and maintaining microservices-based architectures.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Linux/UNIX command line.
• Love to own problems and drive solutions.
Nice to have:
• Git or other version control systems.
• Building a RESTful API.
• AWS, Docker.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (e.g., Docker), and related DevOps tools.
• Security & Cryptography.
• Experience in the financial industry.
• Familiarity with AI concepts, libraries, or frameworks, as well as experience in integrating AI components into applications.
