THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist with expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Deep Learning to join our Data Science team. In this role, you will develop and deploy machine learning models to solve complex problems related to text analytics and natural language processing. You will also be responsible for developing deep-learning solutions to enhance the accuracy and performance of our existing NLP models. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software engineering, computer science, machine learning, natural language processing, and deep learning. This is a 100% remote/work-from-home role. THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Design and develop advanced NLP models to analyze text data and extract meaningful insights. • Develop deep learning solutions to enhance the accuracy and performance of existing NLP models. • Collaborate with other Data Scientists to develop end-to-end solutions for complex problems. • Utilize data mining and machine learning techniques to identify patterns and trends in large datasets. • Develop, test, and deploy predictive models. • Monitor and assess the performance of existing models, and develop strategies to improve THE MUST-HAVES • 5+ years of experience in data science or related fields. • Strong communication skills • Experience working with large datasets THE NICE-TO-HAVES • Bachelor’s degree in computer science At Talent Inc., we believe that diversity in thought and cultural background leads to better teams and stronger companies.
