Permanent role as an IT Program Manager to focus on equity derivatives business expansion across APAC. This is a front to back role working across multiple different business lines.
Responsibilities:
• To support the regional management team and business functions with the delivery of project management services and effective coordination with location / region / global stakeholder groups to maintain the regional business relationships.
• Support the regional management team in preparing regular management information and reports for key regional IT and Business forums and processes
• Compliance with the current regulatory environment and ensuring the business keeps pace with regulatory reform
• Liaise with front office users, product owners, Equity IT development teams and third party development teams
• Drive non-IT requirements gathering including control, Regulatory Compliance and Legal requirements.
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
• A good understanding of the Front to back processes within Equity Derivatives
• Strong working experience in Front Office environment
• Demonstrable work history in either Business Management or Project Management/Business Analysis
• Understanding of Equity HK / Asia market structure
• Previous experience working in Capital Markets and demonstrable ability to deliver complex projects with multiple stakeholders involved
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders by developing and maintaining constructive relationships and through effective delivery and communication.
