Responsibilities
• Perform end-user IT services including PC, LAN/WAN installation and trouble shooting
• Close monitoring of remote sites support team
• Participates in idea and brainstorming sessions to devise creative digital solutions
Requirements
• Form 5 or above
• At least 8-10 years user support and network experiences
• Independent and self-motivated with good communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
• Standby during non-office hours might be needed
• Experience in large manufacturing company is an advantage
• Professional Qualification: MCSE, MCTS
Salary:
30000 - 45000
