• * Your role as Backend Engineer*
• - Work with fellow engineers to develop and maintain our core product
- Implement data pipelines (Python, Elasticsearch, Redis, Argo workflows)
- Build security workflows to check for security vulnerabilities (static & dynamic analysis)
- Work on the implementation of new features, leaving things properly implemented, well documented, and delivered on time
- Design, implement and deploy internal tools to accelerate the productivity of the wider Engineering team
- Maintain our infrastructure by automating software deployment, infrastructure configuration
- Maintain and review code for fellow team members
- Meeting both technical and customer needs
- Always be on the lookout for opportunities to create and improve. From our development process, up to the final user’s experiences
• * Requirements**:
- Knowledge or experience with UNIX/Linux and experience working with open-source software (MySQL, Postgres, Elasticsearch, etc.)
- Experience with scripting (Bash and Python)
- Experience with Node Js and typescript
- Passion for writing good code, not just working code
- Experience with deploying web apps to cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Experience with docker
- Experience with Kubernetes
