Your role as UI/UX Designer:
As a UI/UX Designer, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and optimize user interfaces for in-app projects, like our custom-built web platform. You’ll act as a subject matter expert for conceptual and technical design, development, and implementation.

An empathetic designer who places the user at the core of every design decision.
Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows to ensure seamless interactions and optimal user experiences.
Utilize your proficiency in Oxygen, WordPress, HTML, CSS, and image optimization to bring your designs to life.
Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to turn design concepts into functional reality.
Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions and iterate based on user feedback.
Ensure that design elements and user interfaces adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual language.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design, and share your insights with the team.
Collaborate closely with both the marketing and IT teams specializing in back-end development to ensure seamless project execution.
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design projects.
~ Post Secondary degree in Design, Computer Science or relevant fields
~3+ years experience as a UX/UI designer or front-end developer with strong UI and UX skills working on websites, web apps, and/or mobile apps.
~ Proficiency in tools like Oxygen, WordPress, HTML, CSS, and image optimization to create pixel-perfect designs.
~Understanding of user-centred design principles and the ability to translate user needs into compelling design solutions.
~ Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating user-friendly experiences.
~ Experience in end-to-end UX/UI design, from user interviews to mock-ups, collaborating effectively with IT teams for successful project launches.
