Our client is a Top-Tier Architectural firms with various project including Large-scaled Residential project, Mixed-use development, institutional and government project both in Hong Kong and China. They are now actively looking for a Senior Architect / Architect to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the project from initial design, design development to tender drawing/submission and final delivery;
Coordinate with different parties including engineers, consultants, and contractors to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical systems into the design;
Ensure work standards and deliver quality results within timeline and cost budget; Requirements:
Master’ Degree in Architecture or equivalent
Member of HKIA or RIBA or equivalent
Minimum 3 years post-graduation experience in handling residential/commercial/institutional/government project in Hong Kong
Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations and construction processes
