A typical day in this Role: • Engage with cross-functional teams to define business requirements to enhance our customer journey and user experience. • Break down the complex requirements into clear, achievable ones and prioritize them based on business values. • Understand system and data flow to ensure system designs proposed by technical team can fulfill the defined business & commercial objectives and requirements. • Establish clear communication between the key stakeholders and other teams to manage project team’s expectations. • Work with the digital service team and technical team to support UAT and make sure the solutions can be roll-out on schedule. • Perform UAT and evaluate the success of the solutions. Success will depend on: • Degree in Marketing, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines. • Experience and involvement in IT change management and root / cause analysis • Experience working in a L1 support role in a 24*7 production environment • Experience in building and maintaining stakeholder relationships across functions, responding with empathy to understand customer's needs • Proven track record of time management, prioritization, and balancing needs in a complex environment • Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively • Eager to learn, creative and detail-minded. • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin What is holding you back?
