Title: Clerk/Office AssistantLocation: San Bernardino, CA 92415 Examples of Minimum Requirements include but are not limited to:* Intermediate/advanced computer skills* Ability to follow direction and work independently with some direction* Ability to communicate professionally, clearly, and effectively both orally and written* Detail oriented* Ability to interpret and apply policies and guidelines* Ability to perform routine clerical tasksExamples of Duties include but are not limited to:* Answer inbound phone calls, categorize, and assign issues accordingly* Complete data entry tasks for various departments* Provide customer service to voters, election workers, candidates, county department, and other agencies including answering questions regarding process, procedures, and general information* Prepare written correspondence as needed* Maintain various department records both electronically and physically* Perform quality assurance checks on various department processes*Acts as coordinator of various teamsTHERE WILL BE MANDATORY OVERTIME INCLUDING EARLY MORNINGS, LATE NIGHTS, WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS
