What you will do
Maintains agreed-upon inventory levels and conditions to provide a flow of materials and components.
Job duties and Responsibilities
• Ensuring that the environment of the inventory stock room is in line with requirements for each product.
• Managing staffing, development, and performance management of materials management workers.
• Defining and maintaining optimal inventory levels. Performing inventory analysis and make recommendations for stock levels.
• Coordinating maintenance and support of inventory management software.
• Working to improve employee health and safety processes in diverse environments.

Inventory Management - PHA: Knowledge of inventory management; ability to manage inventories of raw materials and finished goods.
Level Working Knowledge:
• Describes experience with inventory management for a specific product group or location.
• Works with purchase orders, receiving, ticketing, distribution, or inventory items.
• Sends goods from own inventory to other locations or back to suppliers; resolves discrepancies.
• Describes processes and controls for releasing inventory and returns processing.
• Produces and uses all basic inventory management reports and measurements.
Problem Management Process - PHA: Knowledge of problem management process; ability to identify and define manufacturing problems and use a disciplined approach toward a successful resolution.
Level Working Knowledge:
• Identifies and documents common problems and associated resolution alternatives.
• Uses a specific discipline or approach to problem-solving and resolution.
• Works with features of problem reporting and tracking software.
• Follows procedures for handling non-standard or unusual problems.
• Utilizes procedures for monitoring problem resolution and providing feedback to management, sales, and customers.
Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP): Knowledge of the process, issues, and considerations for systematically managing the distribution of inventory for multiple plants or warehouses; ability to apply related knowledge and experience in real practice.
Level Extensive Experience:
• Works with all aspects of one or more distribution centers.
• Evaluate alternative distribution designs and considerations for demand and source locations.
• Trains others on tools and means to effectively share distribution information with other systems to support the whole supply chain management.
• Participates in the design or integration of a warehouse and logistics network.
• Ensures all distribution activities are met with sales or production needs, and in compliance with processes.
• Guides others on conducting distribution network analysis and network modeling.
Supply Chain Management - MFG: Knowledge of functions, principles, and techniques used in supply chain management; ability to develop and use, strategies, practices, and tools for controlling the logistical processes.
Level Extensive Experience:
• Manages supply chain finance activities and measurements of effectiveness.
• Advises others on capacity issues at various points in the supply chain.
• Monitors the complete supply chain management process.
• Consults on supply chain network design projects or processes.
• Quantifies and evaluates the benefits and risks of various supply chain strategies and approaches.
• Participates in joint planning and process design/redesign with clients and partners.
Top candidates will also have:
• Proficient in any ERP system
• Extensive experience in demand planning
• 5 years and above in a similar role
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Experience in managing small teams.
• Flexibility to support the headquarters in the USA.
Additional Information
• Hybrid working model.
• Required to go into the office 3 times a week.
