This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face. Responsibilities • Primary person to drive account growth in assigned client base and industry segment • Monitor, plan and fulfil sales pipelines through close customer engagements • Prepare reports on account and sales status • Monitor and improve account cashflow and margin across time • Maintain and deepen existing customer relationships • Developing new business through pre-existing clients or new clients • Understanding customers’ specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs • Providing support to customers, offering clear advice and solutions wherever possible • Ensuring quality of service by understanding client's need so as to customize and propose an IT service catering to their needs Qualifications • 3 - 5 years account management or sales experienceon on IT Infrastructure such as networking, Unified Communications/ Contact Centres, storage or IT resourcing • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple portfolio • Strong verbal and written communications in English as a primary language • Good presentation skills and confident to present in front of a meeting audience • Self-driven, motivated, and proactive • Positive and able to handle instructions with ambiguity • Possesses a Diploma or Degree in Business, Information System, Engineering or equivalent • Familiar with cutting edge technology • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills • Fluently speaking in Chinese and English
