Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES * Ensure planning and delivery of customer support services including installation, troubleshooting, user assistance, and training. * Diagnose and resolve problems in response to customer reported incidents. * Research and report trends and patterns of problems. * Develop training materials and perform computing/information system training sessions. • Develop and maintain problem tracking databases. • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware and software. * Perform backup and recovery operations. * Consult with users to identify needs and requirements. • Conduct feasibility studies and trade-off analyses. • Prepare business cases and ensure the rigorous application of information security/Cybersecurity policies, principles, and practices. • Support the day-to-day ticket flow, to include the administration of Active Directory objects and exchange mailboxes. • Perform management and maintenance of Mail and Active Directory servers supported by Directory Services to include the patching, hardware maintenance, and security hardening following DOD/DISA/DLA Standards. • Assist with and/or conduct Security Tests and Evaluation and Information Assurance (IA) assessment reviews as a way of validating compliance with IA policy on Directory Service supported assets. • Generate and maintain required documents for user/support Knowledge Base Article (KBA), Change Processes, Project Tracking, training material and other documents to support day-to-day operations. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * Experience: • Six (6) years of progressive experience in the field of Information Processing. • Three (3) of which are specialized in Information Processing and involve a range of hardware/software solutions. • Two (2) of which are concentrated, hand-on experience in installing, diagnosing problems, and training customers in the use of software and hardware. • Two (2) years' experience with Active Directory administration occurring within the past two years. * Two (2) years' experience with Email Administration occurring within the past two years. • Certifications: • DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level II • CCNA Security • CySA+ • GICSP • GSEC • Security+ CE • SSCP • CND • CASP+ CE • CCNP Security • CISA • CISSP (or Associate) • GCED • GCIH • CCSP • Computing Environment Certification (One of the following): • MCSE: 2012 • MCSA: WS2012 • MCSE 2016 • MCSA: WS2016 • MC Azure SAE • MC Azure SEA • Clearance: • Must possess Secret Clearance.
