Key Responsibilities:
• To manage the various stages of development projects, from feasibility studies, consultant management, handling authority requirements, construction progress.
• Project brief development – inspecting sites and consulting clients, management and other stakeholders to determine the type, style and size of proposed buildings and alterations to existing buildings.
• To develop design standards for low maintenance and sustainable development.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, write specifications and contract documents for use by and calling tenders on behalf of clients.
• Conduct high level feasibility study on land Use or project commercial viability.
• Represent the developer in all dialogue and communication with government authorities, buyer, residents etc.
• To monitor and ensure all projects are on track and within the stipulated budget.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by your superior.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field min 5-8 years of experience in architecture, design, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• A strong design sense and sensibility, with the ability to create visually appealing and impactful designs.
• A genuine passion for innovative projects and making an impact in various industries.
• An outgoing personality and approachable demeanor with the ability to work closely with project teams to facilitate successful outcomes.
