CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To lead the technical commercialization of new product initiatives within the GCC and Export markets with a particular focus product innovation road maps through the application of best practice in research and development for new products within a Specific Key platform/Brand for Almarai Companies, Subsidiaries and joint ventures.To lead the optimization of existing products and processes through effective prioritization, co-ordination and management of product development resource. ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION: Bachelor Degree in Food Science and Technology, or a relevant Science degree. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: 12 - 15 years of experience in a similar role within the food industry. Strong project management experience.
