Min. Qualifications : Bachelor Degree Experience :Min 6 Years in related field, preferably in Utility Sector. Duties & Responsibilities Continuous involvement in monitoring and control of CSD’s implementation of the SKEA business excellence quality management model (EFQM), ensuring that all criterions are satisfied and implemented. Participate in the training and development and reporting on the feedback about them. Report and follow up on implementation of audit recommendations, analyses, non-conformance reports and audit findings. Control the implementation of CSD’s ISO requirements, quality management system and quality procedures. Coordinate business excellence requirements and controls ISO, SKEA & ADAEP related activities, follows up on implementation and satisfaction of all observations & non-conformities and gaps are timely implemented/ satisfied.
