Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate with a solid understanding of IT equipment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a keen interest in the buy and sell of used IT equipment. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to leverage their technical knowledge in a sales capacity and grow within the company. Key Responsibilities: • Engage with customers to understand their IT equipment needs and provide tailored solutions. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. • Stay abreast of market trends in IT equipment and used IT sales. • Assist in the procurement and sale of used IT equipment, ensuring a smooth transaction process. • Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and contribute to the company's growth. • Provide knowledgeable advice and support to customers, enhancing their buying experience. • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to deepen expertise in the field. Qualifications: • Proven background in IT, with a solid understanding of various IT equipment. • Prior sales experience is preferred, but not mandatory. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to the specifics of buying and selling used IT equipment. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Basic computer proficiency and ability to use sales management software.
