• Closing Date: 9 am Friday 22 December 2023 face2face reference: 595129 Location: Canberra, ACT/ Offsite Hours: full-time Contract length: 6 Months Entry requirements: Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident Pay range: $130.00 - 160.00 p/h Including super About the role: As Salesforce Solution Architect, your role will be to ensure the integrity and strength of the Salesforce Fields Services Platform reviewing how proposed solutions. The Salesforce Solution Architect will be in the role of maintaining the Salesforce system roadmap. Duties • Review project development approaches for alignment with overall platform architecture • Exploring approaches that both satisfy requirements and work within platform constraints. • Develop and maintain documentation of overall system architecture design. • Work with operational team to ensure adherence to guidelines and recommendation of suggested delivery approaches. • Work with business units to help scope, solution and design new solutions based on the Salesforce platform. Required Experience/skills • Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Architect and with Salesforce Service Cloud. • Well-developed understanding of Salesforce lifecycle management, application/solution architectures, tools, methods, standards, processes, and information. • Experience in systems integration utilising Mulesoft. • Able to work independently and as part of a large team. • Understanding of full product lifecycle, from design to implementation, validation, documentation, and maintenance. • Perform application testing and validation, documentation and build automated testing procedures.
