we are looking for QA in charge the right candidates MUST have knowledge in
Implementing and ensuring that all concerned people are abiding with this procedure is
the responsibility of HR Manager and Top Management.
1) Departmental Function
Function as QA In-Charge to the QHSE Manager to assist in plan, implement and
maintain the Integrated Management System in accordance with the
requirements of API Specs Q1, ISO 9001, OSHAS 18001, EMS 14001 and any
International Standards the organization is complying to.
2) Qualification and Experience
1. Should be a Graduate of any discipline with minimum 2 years’ experience in
maintaining a Management System of an organization.
2. Should be familiar with the international known standards such as ISO, API, ASME,
ASTM, OSHAS, EMS or any equivalent standard for production.
3. Preferably should be a certified external auditor.
3) Duties and Responsibilities
1. Directly Reporting to the QHSE Manager/MR .
2. Assist in planning, Implementation and Monitoring the Integrated Management
System of the organization.
3. Defines, develops and implements quality assurance practices and procedures, all
standard operating procedures, etc.
4. Prepare and revise IMS Manual , QHSE Plan and Objectives, QHSE policy and
quality assurance procedure as per instruction by QHSE Manager or Managing
Director.
5. Control the distribution of the QMS documentations (Manual, procedures, and
blank forms) and maintain the document control Register.
6. Must have direct access to all inspection areas.
7. Assessment for prequalification of newly introduced supplier and subcontractor
and periodic requalification of the registered ones (once every 3 years)
8. Prepare and distribution of work documents related to the quality assurance
department (blank forms, audit plan, audit reports)
9. Monitor the implemented Integrated Management System by period internal
audits.
10. Prepare audit consolidated reports as an input for the management review
meetings.
11. Coordinates with external auditors or outside certification bodies for scheduled
assessments of Integrated Management System.
12. Prepare newly recommended format or revised format for both records and
documents.
13. Prepare Internal Audit plan as per instruction from QHSE Manager for auditing of
departments. Prepare audit checklists as necessary.
14. Review the adequacy of the corrective actions taken for the non-conformances of
the internal audit.
15. Follow up and monitor the requirements of environment, health and safety
requirement compliance.
16. Responsible to be involved in the task of implementing the OSHAS and EMS
requirements as instructed by the QHSE Manager.
