Your new role • Develop and implement comprehensive digital transformation and marketing strategies to leverage business' digital presence in the market, to be the No.1. • Oversee all marketing operations and the marketing team to achieve performance goals. • Drive the digital marketing strategy, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns. • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust marketing campaigns accordingly. • Manage the marketing budget and ensure a high return on investment for marketing activities. • Collaborate with internal teams to create cohesive branding and promotional strategies. • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for expansion and growth. • Lead the team of 9, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. What you'll need to succeed • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, with a comprehensive understanding and experience in digital transformation projects (e.g. App-launch/ Boost App's presence/transform traditional business into digital era in any way) • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a flair for strategic planning and team management. • Creative and entrepreneurial mindset, with a track record of initiating and leading projects to successful completion. • Deep understanding of modern marketing techniques, including digital and content marketing. • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
