We're looking for a full stack Java developer with JavaScript experience to join our UBS Digital Legal Solutions team where you will be involved in the development of Cloud based solutions. You will be building applications that give the end user an amazing user experience, bringing access to their favorite applications at a 3 click distance Your team In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and they encompass multiple autonomous (yet interlinked) pods. You will be part of the Digital Legal Solutions team which aims at creating and delivering beautiful and fluid user experience to both Group Legal employees and its business clients. You will be working with a multi-cultural, collaborative global team (covering Switzerland, US, UK, Poland, and India) working closely together to deliver seamless, global solutions for our stakeholders Your expertise • university degree in Computer science or equivalent • good know-how on Agile methodology • ideally, 5+ years hands-on experience in the development, design, maintenance, and integration of software solutions • knowledge of Java (version 8+). OOP, design patterns • hands-on experience on: Spring Core, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Batch, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate • unit tests implementation experience + TDD/BDD strong knowledge • strong experience with JavaScript. React/Angular UI Framework • strong experience in redux and state management, react hooks, thunk middleware • hands-on experience with react frameworks like jest/jasmine. • experience with CSS/LESS and familiar with bootstrap framework • cloud development experience (Ideally on Azure) • knowledge in Git Hub, Git Labs, CI/CD pipelines • basic UNIX/Linux user experience and experience working with databases • you are pro-active and a self-starter, willing to learn new things, challenge the status-quo and work independently • you are excellent in written and spoken English About Us UBS is the world’s largest and only truly global wealth manager.
