Hubble Developer
Job Summary
Handle Hubble development tasks that include bug fixes, minor features and enhancements. Also this person would help SRE teams in debugging and fixing live site issues.
Key Qualifications
• Experience with either Java or Scala.
• Experience with supporting production systems.
• Deep understanding and work experience in distributed systems.
• Experience building Observability platforms is preferred.
• Experience with stream processing technologies like Apache Spark, Apache Flink or Apache Storm is preferred.
• Experience with big data technologies like Cassandra, HBase is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical capabilities.
• Great communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Production bug fixes.
• Minor feature development and enhancements to the existing services.
• Analyzing live site issues, working with cross-functional engineering teams and Software Reliability Engineers.
