Job Description:
· Lead and conduct fit-gap and design workshops to design business process and solutions and configuration to support customer requirements.
· Own and aggressively drive forward specific areas of technology architecture within the Oracle Financials Suite (GL, FA, AP, AR, etc.) and Cloud Financials Suite.
· Provide architectural solutions/designs to project execution teams for implementation.
· Provide architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for one or more technology domains.
· Lead projects within architecture. Work with Product Development/Client Business Owner/Business Analysts to understand functional requirements and interact with other cross-functional teams to architect, design, develop, test, and release features.
· Project and solution estimation and team structure definition.
· Develop Proof-of-Concept projects to validate new architectures and solutions.
· Liaise with offshore team and clients for resolving technical dependencies issues, and risks.
· Mentor and provide architectural guidance to multiple teams building innovative applications.
Job Requirements:
• Strong business acumen and accounting knowledge
• Strong ERP implementation experience in FSI industry
• More than 15 years of experience relevant to this position including consulting experience in Finance Consulting and IT Implementation Consulting for Oracle or other leading Business Applications
• Experience in implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite Financials, Oracle Financials Cloud and Oracle Financials Accounting Hub Cloud.
• Operates independently by applying Oracle methodology, company procedures, leading practices, and creativity to develop business solutions on moderately complex customer engagements
