We are partnering with a growing Logistics Carrier Support company in Fullerton hiring an experienced Software QA to start immediately.
• This is a 100% on site position in Fullerton, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
• This is a Contract to Hire position, W2 with benefits
• The company is having a release of API 2.0 integration in February 2024, need to test API before production. This person needs to have knowledge of testing an API to be able to handle 300 labels per second, to make sure the API is hard/reliable enough to handle the flow.
• Must have postman for API testing (manual required, automation is a plus)
• Familiarity and clarity with PHP, testing libraries, Linux, if they had to go on server, navigate, basic commands, etc.
• Code given in chunks in Gitlab, need to know how and what to look for, need someone who is good at reading documentation, figuring out blanks filling the gaps, etc.
• need someone who is able to find bugs that someone might miss, detailed oriented, think outside of box
• Computer science degree is nice to have
• at least 5 years of manual software QA testing experience
