Seeking a highly experienced and capable Part-Time Crew Coordinator with HR/QA Administration and rostering/scheduling expertise
Responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, HR administration support, payroll support, database entry, project management, and coordination tasks
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role with background in HR Admin, Payroll, Operations, QA, or high volume scheduling and rostering

• Coordinating all travel arrangements for crew members and staff
• HR Administration support to HR Manager

• Collating relevant documentation and providing checks
• Undertaking hands-on management of projects

Requirements
