Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team. The IT Technician will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees and ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems and networks.
Responsibilities :
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Responding to and resolving technical support requests from employees
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues and providing timely solutions
• Performing routine maintenance tasks on computer systems and networks
• Assisting in the setup and maintenance of office equipment
• Monitoring system performance and ensuring the security and integrity of data
• Providing training and support to employees on the effective use of computer systems and software
• Documenting and maintaining accurate records of IT hardware and software inventory

• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to problem solve

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
